2023.10.10 Words with Rupi – Trauma – visualized

Rupi asked for a sketch/drawing of what trauma looks like.  

To me, it was two-fold, too much to draw (for my hand that is!).  Even after the breathing exercises she provided – I simply couldn’t.  I didn’t feel I have “enough trauma” (whatever that is supposed to mean) to even be at such a table.
