ABOUT: Locally and nationally recognized as a top provider of strategic insight and data analytics, my experience spans public, private, and non-profit sectors. I bring over 15 years of experience and expertise impacting organizations from senior management to tactical operations.

As Founder and President of Insight River, I provide consulting, strategy, data analytics, and web services by leveraging leadership, vision and strategic planning, grant support, research/surveying, data analysis and policy to help local and national organizations expand and flourish. I am an excellent communicator in person, presenting, collaborating and through written/visual mediums. I thrive in bringing together diverse internal and external stakeholders, drawing out the unspoken and propelling us all toward the edges of our frontiers. With the iconoclastic Pacific Northwest mindset, clients often are surprised by the ease, clarity and effectiveness of our work together.

A graduate of WSU (M. Ed. Leadership), EWU (M.A., B.S., B.A.), Leadership Clark County (2021), I am continually learning and adding to what I bring – see Certificjations: 2025 Google AI; 2025 Cloud Data Analytics.

I currently serve as Board/Committee Advisor to the PLP, a member of the City of Vancouver – Strategic Planning Advisory Committee Member, and active partner in many other collaborations.

As life-long Pacific Northwesterns, my amazing partner of 21 years, three middle/high-schoolers and two golden retrievers and I love, live, learn, kayak, bike, hike, travel together. We volunteer and give back within their neighborhood, schools and city. I am always hunting for the next good book and rooting for the Red Sox and Cubs.
